They do not come with Mag release buttons though. I just took one out of an older style module that I had. Both the 4.4" standard size P220 and the 3.9" carry models share identical lower ends and actually weigh exactly the same due to the beefier slide profile of the carry models which makes up for the differences in slide and barrel length.One has the longer full size grip that only accepts 17 round magazines, whereas the other has a slightly shorter grip that can accept either 15 or 17 round magazines.
